Share a session with a friend or partner. Same plan structure, individual loads for each of you.
After time off, a busy season or cleared rehab, rebuild load gradually and regain confidence in movement.
No guesswork about the opening month. Each week has one clear job.
A relaxed conversation about goals, history and schedule, then simple movement checks to find your starting loads.
Core patterns: squat, hinge, push, pull and carry. We focus on position and rhythm before adding weight.
Loads rise in small steps you can feel. You get a short plan for any sessions done on your own.
We look back at the month together, agree what worked and set the focus for the next block.

I'm Mara, and I run Ash Garden as a small, calm studio. Most people don't need harder workouts. They need a plan that fits their week and a coach who notices when something needs changing.
Sessions are structured, unhurried and explained as we go, so you understand why each exercise is there.
Flat trainers, water and comfortable clothes.
Five minutes early for your first visit.
Any injuries, conditions or medication that matter.
A written summary after each block.

Two is a good start for most people. Three suits those with a specific goal and time to recover. We'll recommend a number after the assessment.
We cover general habits that support training, such as protein, hydration and sleep. For detailed dietary plans or medical needs, we'll point you to a registered dietitian.
Give at least 24 hours' notice and the session can be moved within the same block. Later changes are handled case by case.
Tell us a little about you and when you'd like to train. We reply with suitable times for your assessment.
